How should I do to return an item?
If you would like to return a product, in the contact section you will find a return form. Choose 'Return' in the subject selection, add your order number and the product(s) you wish to return. We will get back to you promptly.
To ask for a return, you first must have received the product.
What is the deadline to make a return?
The deadline for any refund is 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Do I have to pay something for my refund?
Returns are always free, whenever a cause of our company, such as sending a product that did not match the description, mistake in size or color on our part. There will be no direct cost to the customer if the return was for a cause alien to us, but in this case responsible for getting the order to our stores, will be the buyer. In either case, contact us to tell you the address of our warehouses and to tell you how to avoid additional costs for customs documentation.

Returns are always free whenever it is the company to be blamed; such as a wrong item has been sent or the wrong colour. There will be no direct cost to the customer if the reason for return is not in the hands of the company, the client will be responsible to get the product to our stores/warehouse. How do I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, the amount in the same way you made your purchase will be received.
When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return (items must be in perfect condition and have internal tags) you will receive a confirmation email informing you that the amount is credited to your account within X number of days. Remember that the return amount might vary depending on the bank.
Can I change my bought items?
Yes, if you wish to change an item from your purchase, either because you do not like your purchase or because the size is not the right one for you, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org. Indicate your order number, the article reference. Also specify what you want to do, in-store pick up or courrier pick up. Also indicate the article you want to change it with and its colour and size. It is also possible to send us the link of the desired article.
It is very important that you contact us in advance, either with the contact form or directly to our info email. The customers declaration must be below 15€, in any other case, the return will not be acccepted. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouse, our dispachers will make sure it is in optimal condition to be sold again and we will send you your updated order.

Can I change my items in any LÓPEZ store in the Canary Islands?
Yes, as long as previously contact the customer service and to inform him how to proceed.
The company reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
